This listing is for a pair of Wooden Hearts to donate to a hospital of your choice.
Each pair of hearts is presented in an organza gift bag with an instruction card.
Price includes postage and packaging.

The special keepsake hearts are engraved with ‘Together’ and ‘Forever’.
A heart can be placed in a loved one’s hand when saying goodbye while the other heart goes home with the partner as a special reminder of the connection shared.

Each gift(s) includes a special little message on a display card that says:
“Donated with love in memory of ….”

Also included in the bag is a little heart in their hand ‘instruction’ card.

~ DONATING THE GIFTS TO FAMILIES ~
We are happy to send the hearts directly to a hospital of your choice, or you may choose to have them delivered directly to you for you to hand deliver them.
We will provide an explanation letter to give to the hospital, if they haven’t had any of our hearts before.

We aim to take photos of the sponsored hearts and put them on our social media pages, as a special tribute to the person passing. If you prefer that we DO NOT post pictures of the donation, please confirm this in the notes.
