Hospices

We provide special little hearts for families going through a bereavement.

The little heart pops out of the keyring/keepsake and can be placed in a child’s hand by the family when saying goodbye. They then keep the matching piece, creating a tangible connection that lasts forever.

We started working primarily with families experiencing baby loss, which is very close to my heart having lost our middle son Adam through stillbirth and wishing we still had a physical connection to him, created the idea of Heart in their Hand.

We work with most Maternity units, Sands and 4Louis and many Adult ICU’s, Organ donation teams, charities and funeral directors up and down the country and our project is really growing. We’ve also started working with several hospices who love our hearts and the support they bring as families say their goodbyes.

We offer a large discount for hospices and hospitals in a position to place bulk orders, so please get in touch for our pricelist if you might be in a position to purchase some on behalf of the families in your care.

Alternatively, we have an A5 brochure pack which can be used in your family room or quiet area, so that families can have a look through and come to us directly if there was anything they would like to order.
