The Heart in their Hand project is a beautiful project to help bereaved families create a tangible connection when saying goodbye.
The little heart can be placed in a baby, child or loved one’s hand and the matching keepsake is taken home as a beautiful reminder of the connection shared.
It was set up in memory of our precious baby boy Adam who was stillborn at 31 weeks, as a way for families to feel forever connected.
We work closely with Maternity Units, Bereavement Services, Intensive Care Units, Palliative Care teams, Organ Donation Teams, A&E departments, Funeral Directors, Hospices and Charities.
We have various designs available including keyrings and pendants, and now have a beautiful wooden collection of keepsakes, perfect for cremation and for charities or hospitals with less funds available.
Each keepsake comes in an organza bag with an ‘instruction’ insert card.
We offer a special discount to charities and hospitals for 10 or more hearts.
