This listing is for Jigsaw Family Sets to donate to a hospital of your choice.
Each jigsaw gift set is presented in an organza gift bag with an instruction card.
Price includes postage and packaging and a certificate for a memory box.
Choose from 1, 5, 10 or 20 keepsake sets to donate.
The jigsaws can be donated in memory of a baby or a child.
A special keepsake heart pops out of the two jigsaw pieces and can be placed in a baby or child’s hand when saying goodbye. The jigsaw pieces goes home with the parents as a special reminder of the connection shared.
‘Together Forever’ is engraved across the beautiful wooden jigsaw pieces.

~ DONATING THE GIFTS TO FAMILIES ~
We are happy to send the hearts directly to a hospital of your choice, or you may choose to have them delivered directly to you for you to hand deliver them.
We will provide an explanation letter to give to the hospital, if they haven’t had any of our hearts before.

We aim to take photos of the sponsored hearts and put them on our social media pages, as a special tribute to the baby passing. If you prefer that we DO NOT post pictures of the donation, please confirm this in the notes.
